Judy Licht
POSITION: FASHION CORRESPONDENT

Judy Licht is a partner and cofounder of firstcomesfashion.com, and her insider status in the fashion world enables her to get exclusive interviews that make the site a favorite with fashion luminaries and consumers alike. Michael Kors has been quoted as saying, “Judy is synonymous with fashion journalism.” Judy can be heard weekly as a co-host with Robert Verdi of “Living in Style” for the Martha Stewart channel on Sirius Radio and is also currently a member of the weekly “Power Panel,” debating the top story of the day on Chuck Scarborough’s 7 o’clock broadcast on NBC’s NYLive. Realizing the rapidly growing popularity of fashion as a part of pop culture, Judy came up with the idea for the groundbreaking “Full Frontal Fashion.” She created this unique and successful television series by bringing together the critical partnership between the CFDA and Cablevision’s Rainbow Media. She then served as co-host and managing editor, providing fashion commentary and insightful interviews for the series’ successful 10-year run. Before Full Frontal Fashion, Judy spent 5 years as a feature's correspondent for WABC-TV’s Eyewitness News. She also co hosted the station’s a.m. talk show “Good Morning New York”. Prior to that she co-anchored “The Ten O’Clock News” on NYC’s Ch.5. Judy has served on the Board of Trustees of the Children’s Museum of Manhattan, the Riverside Park Fund, and is currently a board member of The Hamptons International Film Festival. Born and raised in New York City, Ms. Licht received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Asian History from Connecticut College and earned a Master of Science in Broadcast Journalism from the Newhouse Communications Center at Syracuse University.
